Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AdaptDoc ("Service"), operated by Adaptensor Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AdaptDoc provides electronic signature, document routing, audit trail, and SMS-based document signing services. Electronic signatures created through AdaptDoc are legally binding under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN), the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), and applicable international law.

3. SMS Messaging Program

AdaptDoc operates an SMS messaging program for the following purposes:

• Sending one-time passcodes (OTP) for authentication
• Sending document signing requests and completion notifications
• Sending deal confirmation messages for QuickOffer transactions

Message frequency: Varies based on account activity. You may receive up to several messages per transaction.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

4. Account Registration

You may register using an email address or a phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AdaptDoc to:

• Send fraudulent, deceptive, or forged documents
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send unsolicited messages or spam
• Upload malicious files or interfere with the platform's operation

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

AdaptDoc offers Free, Solo ($9/mo), Team ($29/mo), and Business ($79/mo) plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

7. Document Ownership and Storage

You retain ownership of all documents you upload and sign through AdaptDoc. You grant Adaptensor Inc. a limited license to store, process, and transmit your documents solely to provide the Service. Documents are stored securely and are not accessed by Adaptensor staff except as required by law or to resolve a support issue you initiate.

8. Electronic Signature Consent

By signing a document through AdaptDoc, you consent to use electronic records and signatures in place of written documents and handwritten signatures. You acknowledge that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Adaptensor Inc. does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular document will be legally enforceable in any specific jurisdiction.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adaptensor Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
